CCT virtual AGM Wednesday 18 August at 18.30

The Annual General Meeting of Crieff Community Trust will be held at 18.30 on Wednesday 18 August. The meeting will be held online.

We would like to encourage all our members and the public to ‘attend’ the meeting, which will be held via Zoom. There is no need to download the Zoom app if you do not wish to do so. Simply:

  1. Follow this link
  2. Enter the Meeting ID: 839 8364 2344
  3. Enter the password – in order to safeguard the AGM you will need to request the password prior to the meeting. Please email Jane White on

The agenda below will enable our normal reporting obligations to be fulfilled. Full members and Business Associate members are eligible to vote on any resolution and to stand for election as Directors. Associate members and Junior members are welcome to attend, but are not eligible to vote or to stand for election as Directors.

Members are welcome to propose items or questions for ‘Any Other Competent Business’. Please email Jane White on before Wednesday 11 August.

Most laptops and mobile devices have a built-in microphone, which will be required if you wish to speak during the meeting. We will mute everyone to reduce background noise, but you can click the ‘thumbs up’ icon in ‘reactions’ on the toolbar, if you wish to speak and we will unmute you. Or you can click ‘chat’ on the toolbar and type a question or response in the box.

We do hope you will join us virtually on 18 August to hear all what we have been up to over the past year and our plans for the year ahead.
