Open meetings in June

As part of the process of developing a Community Action Plan for Crieff, the Crieff Community Trust Steering Group is holding two open meetings in June. The purpose of these meetings is to invite specific groups in the town to come and share their thoughts about what they think the town needs — in terms of facilities, space, businesses or services.

Tuesday, 12 June, 8pm, Community Campus

This meeting is for people who have a particular interest in sport, leisure and outdoor activities.  Come to this meeting if you are into running, mountain biking, skateboarding, golf, hillwalking, climbing, bowling, snooker, ping-pong, tennis, basketball, gymnastics, horseback riding, volleyball, squash, football, rugby, archery, etc., etc.  If you are an athlete, or the parent of a possible future Olympic contender, we want to hear from you!   (RSVP by 8 June.)

Thursday, 21 June, 8pm, Community Campus

This meeting is for people who have a particular interest in art, craft, music and drama.  Come to this meeting if you are a writer or poet, a musician or singer, an actor, a painter, sculptor or photographer, a potter, weaver, knitter or mosaic-maker, etc, etc.  Whether you are a professional or an amateur, if you are a performer, or if you just like listening to music and reading good books, we want to hear from you!  (RSVP by 18 June.)

Tea and coffee will be served — so please RSVP to let us know you’re coming.  Email crieffcommunitytrust@gmail.com.  Or phone Dawn on 01764 650378.
