Crieff town study – University of Dundee

Many people in Crieff will be aware that a group of students from Architecture and Planning at the University of Dundee carried out a study in the Autumn of 2011 to identify needs and opportunities for development in Crieff.   This study followed on from the Crieff Community survey, conducted in 2010, and was commissioned by the Crieff and Upper Strathearn Partnership (CUSP).  The  students’ report made recommendations related to:

  • Improving the High Street to attract visitors and give greater priority to pedestrians
  • Promoting the renewal of the King Street neighbourhood
  • Achieving a quality development of the Broich area.
