Drummond Arms Regeneration Project Development Coordinator Role Drummond Arms Regeneration Limited (DARL) is a CCT trading subsidiary company set up to purchase and develop the former Drummond Arms Hotel.  We are looking for a Project Development Coordinator to work for DARL to oversee and manage the development of the proposal for a mixed-use creative industries, hospitality, information and business support hub and acquire the relevant funding for the regeneration of the town centre building. The Annual General Meeting of Crieff Community Trust will be held at 18.30 on Thursday 20 August. Project Coordinator – 6 month funded role for 1-2 days a week to deliver updated Crieff Community Action Plan

Crieff has really come together as a community over the past few months and, as we come out of lockdown, we want to harness this community spirit. The first Crieff Community Action Plan 2013-2018 is due to be refreshed. We began work on it pre-lockdown and now want to update it in the light of Covid19 to redirect our efforts to where there is most need and to support local groups to adapt their priorities and work. Happy 2020 from Crieff Community Trust! We look forward to the 2020s being the decade when we really start to see progress on Crieff town-centre regeneration. We made a great start in 2019, securing ownership in October of the former Drummond Arms Hotel. A trading subsidiary company, Drummond Arms Regeneration Limited (DARL), was set up to manage plans for the building and we started work straight away on the immediate priority, making the building safe and secure. We will be clearing drainage channels alongside the path, raking leaves off the path and cutting back overgrown vegetation to keep the path clear.
