The Annual General Meeting of Crieff Community Trust will be held at 18.30 on Thursday 20 August. Due to current restrictions on indoor gatherings the meeting will be held online, in line with guidance from the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) about business continuity during the Covid-19 pandemic. 

We would like to encourage all our members and the public to ‘attend’ the meeting, which will be held via Zoom. There is no need to download the Zoom app if you do not wish to do so. Simply:

  3. Enter the password – in order to safeguard the AGM you will need to request the password prior to the meeting. Please email Jane White on janecrieffcommtrust@gmail.com 

The agenda below will enable our normal reporting obligations to be fulfilled. Full members and Business Associate members are eligible to vote on any resolution and to stand for election as Directors. Associate members and Junior members are welcome to attend, but are not eligible to vote or to stand for election as Directors.

Members are welcome to propose items or questions for ‘Any Other Competent Business’. Please email Jane White on janecrieffcommtrust@gmail.com before Thursday 13 August. 

Most laptops and mobile devices have a built-in microphone, which will be required if you wish to speak during the meeting. We will mute everyone to reduce background noise, but you can click the ‘thumbs up’ icon in ‘reactions’ on the toolbar, if you wish to speak and we will unmute you. Any Full Member or Business Associate Member may stand for election as a Director, up to a maxim of 12 elected Directors. Although there is no requirement for members to give advance notice of their intention to stand for election as a Director, any member who is interested in standing or who would like further information on the role of Directors (who are also Trustees), is invited to contact the current Board by email at janecrieffcommtrust@gmail.com  We are keen to welcome new volunteers
